Vince Salmo serves as Manager of The Rock Cigar Club, where he brings more than four years of experience in the premium cigar and hospitality industry to Cameron Mitchell Restaurants. Vince is committed to making The Rock an experience rooted in hospitality, sophistication, and connection for both guests and team members. He is passionate about creating sophisticated, memorable experiences that bring people together through exceptional cigars, cuisine, cocktails and conversation, while upholding the culture and high service standards that define the Cameron Mitchell Restaurants brand.
A Detroit native, Vince discovered his passion for hospitality through his deep appreciation for the cigar community and the relationships it fosters. He has built his career around designing experiences that make people feel welcomed, valued, and excited to return. Vince believes strong teams are built on genuine enjoyment of the work, resilience, and a positive mindset, and his leadership philosophy centers on creating an environment where both guests and team members feel empowered to grow and succeed.

Outside of work, Vince enjoys martial arts, boxing, entrepreneurship, and spending time with his wife, Amani, and their dog, Brownie. He is a member of the Greater Metropolitan Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS, and his favorite Cameron Mitchell Restaurants dish is the lollipop lamb chops.
